About us
The Founders and Directors of Inicio SES Ltd have lived experience of neurodivergence themselves, as well as experience of raising children with SEN and supporting them through their educations and into the workplace. Their journeys have each presented unique challenges.
We are in the unique position of bringing extensive experience in SEN teaching, lived experience of supporting our own children with SEN and experience of supporting adults with SEN in a corporate environment.
This means we are able to create bespoke services based on experience, knowledge and feedback from previous clients.
We are passionate about making sure children and young people get the education they deserve, and that adults with learning differences have equal access to the careers they wish to pursue.

Deborah Hayes
Our Founder and Strategic Director, Deborah, has 20 years of experience working in education. She is a qualified teacher and has taught across the Early Years, Primary and Secondary age ranges, in both state and independent schools.
Deborah has worked as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator in two Primary schools. She has run a successful private practice as a Specialist Assessor and Tutor for young people with specific learning difficulties in literacy - Dyslexia - which included work with young adults in Further Education.
Recently having worked as a Specialist Advisory Teacher in a Local Authority on the south coast of England, Deborah has also worked in a thriving alternative provision, as a Specialist Teacher, Case Lead and Staff Trainer.
Deborah has achieved a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status), a Masters Degree in Inclusive Education and the National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordination (PG Cert. NASENCo). She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Language, Literacies and Dyslexia, which allows her to hold AMBDA status (Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association).
